For BFBOs with a business powered by Bharat Food Supplies Pvt Ltd, your user license includes a revocable right to access and use certain trade secret, confidential, and proprietary business information, which includes, without limitation, Line of Sponsorship (LOS) information, i.e., information compiled by Bharat Food Supplies that discloses or relates to all or part of the specific arrangement of sponsorship within the Independent Business Ownership Plan, including, without limitation, BFBO lists, sponsorship trees, and all BFBO contact and business performance information generated therefrom (Proprietary Information), which may be made available to you on the Site. You acknowledge that Bharat Food Supplies is the exclusive owner of all Proprietary Information and agree to maintain all Proprietary Information in strictest confidence and to use it only as authorized by Bharat Food. You agree not to compile, organize access, create lists of, or otherwise use Proprietary Information except as authorized by Bharat Food Supplies under the Bharat Food Supplies Rules of Conduct and the regulations and procedures outlined in the Business Reference Guide, as amended.

The Global Ration Card is a virtual card, designed for convenience and ease of use. All images displayed on the website are for decorative purposes only. Cashback is exclusively applicable to grocery items. Every month, we will update the list of groceries with the quantity of each item that a cardholder is allowed for cashback. We will also update the product prices for the allotted items each month. Cardholders should keep transaction IDs and payment screenshots secure for future communications and verification. The Global Ration Card is available for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 380 or Rs. 3600, payable via QR code. Remember, the Rs. 380/3600 fee is for a single card, not for the whole family. If you have four members in your family, you will need to make four separate cards—this will also increase the quantity of grocery products you can purchase per month. The card is valid for one year from the date of activation and can be renewed annually. The Global Ration Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder. Only Indian citizens are eligible for this card. To obtain the card, one must produce a recent photo, a copy of your Aadhar card, and your UPI ID. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the card will result in immediate cancellation without any refund. In any case, the decision of the company is final, and by holding the card, the cardholder agrees to this. By using the Global Ration Card, you agree to these terms and conditions. To avail of the subsidy on domestic gas cylinders, you must possess one of our virtual 'Bharat Gas Cards' from Bharat Food Supplies Pvt Ltd. These cards are entirely virtual, and no physical card will be provided. There are two types of cards: the 'Bharat Gas Card - F' and the 'Bharat Gas Card - A'. The 'Bharat Gas Card - F', which has a processing charge of Rs 380 and is valid for one year, is for customers who wish to enjoy the subsidy on their monthly cylinder purchases. The 'Bharat Gas Card - A', with a processing charge of Rs 2200 and a one-year validity, allows customers to enjoy the subsidy on their monthly cylinder purchases and earn commissions by referring others. But the Bharat Gas Card -F is FREE of cost until 31.08.2024. The subsidy is available for a single domestic cylinder purchase each month, and the card must be renewed annually. For each referred person who purchases a 'Bharat Gas Card - F', the referrer will receive a one-time commission of Rs 50, while for those who purchase a 'Bharat Gas Card - A', the referrer will receive a one-time commission of Rs 400. To ensure the referrer receives the commission, referrals must use the referrer’s ID number during the application process. Applications should always be made using the name of the family member who holds the gas connection. To receive the subsidy, cardholders must submit their gas purchase bill along with the card through the prescribed form on our website. The processing fee for both cards is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the card will result in immediate cancellation without any refund.
